By booking an appointment and/or receiving services at Velora Brazilian Wax (“Velora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. Please review this policy carefully prior to scheduling your appointment.

Deposit Policy

Certain services may require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment reservation. If a deposit is required, our team will notify you during the booking process and provide payment instructions.

Appointments requiring a deposit will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

No deposit = no appointment confirmation.

Deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another appointment if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Late Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for scheduled appointments.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on technician availability and scheduling constraints.

In these situations, your appointment slot may be released to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our technicians and other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

If you have canceled, rescheduled with insufficient notice, or no-showed an appointment two (2) times, full payment for future appointments may be required in advance in order to book a third appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may result in booking restrictions or refusal of future services.

These policies are designed to maintain fairness, scheduling efficiency, and availability for all clients while respecting the time of our team.
